MT4: 

First, log in to your MT4 account. Select the corresponding server as shown in your registered mailbox.
Real Account: UltimaMarkets-Live or UltimaMarkets-Live 2
Demo Account: UltimaMarkets-Demo

Next, select the "Account History" option and right-click within the "Account History" section.

Select the time range. Then, right-click again and choose "Save as Report" or "Save as Detailed Report." After choosing the save location and file format, select "Save" to save the report. After completing these steps, you will successfully download the account statement from MT4.

Below are the differences between the report and the detailed report. You may download the account statement according to your preferences.

2. Next, select the "History" option and right-click within the "History" section.
3. Select the time range.
4. Then, right-click again and click into "Report" and choose the file format you want for your account statement.

After completing these steps, you will successfully download the account statement from MT4/5.
