In order to enable notifications on the MT4/5 platform, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the MT4/5 platform and log in to your trading account.
2. Click "Tools" on the top of menu bar and select "Option."
3. After that, click "Notifications" tab.
4. Check the box for all the options, and enter your "MetaQuotes ID."
*MetaQuotes ID can be found in MT4/5 (Android/IOS) > "Settings" > "Information/Chat and Messages."
5. Once done, please click "OK."
