Why is the price chart not moving on the Ultima Markets App?

This issue might be due to different scenarios, you can check for the following common conditions:

1. Markets are closed. Check product specifications by clicking the "info" icon at the upper right corner to view the product's trading hours.

2. Server upgrade or maintenance in progress. You can view the announcement information in the pop-up window or by going to the Trading > Notifications section of the official website.

3. Older version of the Ultima Markets App. Ensure that your Ultima Markets App is the latest version.
