Access the Account Activity:
Navigate to the "Profile" section of the app.
Locate and select the "Settings icon" option.
Choose "Account Activity" from the available menu.

Submitting the Bug Report :
Once you have accessed the Account Activity, please select the issue occurrence date on "Filters".
