If you’re unable to trade, it could be due to several reasons:
Login issues: Make sure you’ve logged in to your trading account correctly.
If it says “invalid account”, it means that you have used the wrong credentials to log in.
If the New Order button is greyed out or missing, you may be using a read-only password or haven’t logged in successfully.
Product limitation: Check if the trading product has a suffix. Currency pairs without a suffix are for reference only and cannot be traded.
Trading hours: Right-click the product and select Specification to confirm its trading hours.
Margin and volume: Ensure your account has enough funds to cover the margin and that the trading volume is within limits.
