Some followers are initially set to inactive when they join a new offer. To begin copying trades, they must click “Activate” in the blue “Actions” section located in the upper-right corner, which will enable their subscription.
When a follower accesses the offer for the first time, a pop-up notification will appear prompting them to activate their account. Once the follower’s status bar displays “Active”, it indicates that they have successfully joined the offer and that the copy trading is functioning normally.
Once activated, a follower’s status may change to inactive under the following conditions:
The follower manually selects “Suspend” in the “Actions” section.
The subscription is automatically paused after reaching the set risk management limits.
Providers are not allowed to archive or deactivate any offer that still has active followers. If a provider attempts to archive such an offer, the “Save” button will be disabled. The activity status of an offer can be determined by checking whether it currently has any followers or active subscriptions.
A provider’s activity status can be viewed from two different perspectives:
System perspective: The provider remains active until they request the backend team to archive their subscription.
Rating perspective: A provider who has no followers and shows a monthly return rate of “–” is considered inactive.
