Ultima Markets does not accept repeated registrations from the same customer. According to our policy, each identity document is allowed to register only one email. Applications for account opening that are verified as duplicate registrations will be rejected. We sincerely request that you continue to use the initially registered email for all trading activities.
If you need to change your registered email, please send an email to our official email info@ultimamarkets.com requesting the change. Please specify in the email:
1. Your name
2. Current email address
3. New email address
4. Attach a photo of your ID card in hand
We will process it within one business day. After verification, your Client Portal and MT4 / MT5 password will be reset and sent to your new email.
Please note: To ensure the safety of funds, withdrawal function will be disabled for 48 hours after your email has been changed.
