When the market trend continues unfavorably against your trading direction, resulting in a certain percentage of trading losses, set stop loss and the system will initiate a forced liquidation.

You are responsible for covering the losses incurred from forced liquidation. You can avoid liquidation by partially closing positions or adding funds promptly. Ultima Markets' stop out ratio is 20%.

This means that if the equity in your account falls to or below 20% of the required margin, the system will automatically close the position with the highest loss until the margin level recovers to above 20%.
