To stop receiving daily and monthly account statement emails, select Unsubscribe at the bottom of an email. To receive the statements again after unsubscribing, send a request from your registered email address.

Stop receiving account statement emails

1. Open an account statement email from Ultima Markets.
2. Select Unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.

Resume receiving account statement emails

1. Email info@ultimamarkets.com from your registered email address.
2. Include the trading account number for which you want to resume receiving daily and monthly statements.
