Under what circumstances will I not receive a credit bonus?

The following circumstances will prevent you from receiving your bonus promptly:

1) Failure to activate the bonus promotion in Client Portal.
Solution: Before making a deposit, go to "Promotions" in the Client Portal and click "Deposit Bonus". Select "Opt-in Now" to activate it.

2) Activating the bonus promotion after deposit
Solution: Please email us at info@ultimamarkets.com to request manual processing so the bonus can be credited to your trading account.

*Important:
- Deposits via cryptocurrencies will not be eligible for credit bonus.
