Log in to the IB Portal and open Rebate Report to view rebates earned during a selected period. You can filter the report by product and view results by account or by date.
View your rebate report
- Log in to the IB Portal.
- Select IB Report from the menu.
- Choose a time period, such as Today, Yesterday, or Last 7 Days.
- Select All Instruments or choose a product category.
- Select Account to group results by account, or Date to group them by date.
- Click Update to display the results for your selected filters.
View a specific client’s rebate records
On the Account view, enter the client’s account number, name, or User ID in the search bar. The report shows the rebates earned for the selected period, along with trading details such as volume and total lots.
If you cannot find a record
Check the selected time period and product category, then click Update again.
