What should I do if I am not receiving the Ultima Markets App SMS verification code?

The SMS code usually arrives within a minute after you click "Send OTP via SMS" to your phone number. However, it is possible that the SMS delivery might have failed due to the system is busy/ an unexpected error occurred. In such cases, please contact our customer support.
