You can register for an Ultima Markets account online and complete the required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification through the Client Portal. The verification process includes account opening, identity verification, and address verification.

1. Register Your Account

1. Visit the Ultima Markets account registration page.
2. Follow the instructions and enter your personal information.
3. Enter your email address and click Send Code in the Email Verification Code field.

4. Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address.

   The verification code is valid for 20 minutes. If you do not receive the code, please check your spam or junk folder.

5. Read the Ultima Markets Privacy and Security Policy and tick the checkbox to indicate your agreement.
6. Click Create Account.

If your information is complete and correct, you will be automatically redirected to the Client Portal. Your Client Portal password will also be sent to your registered email address.

If you are not redirected automatically, check the registration page for any error messages.

2. Complete Account Opening Verification

After logging in to the Client Portal:

1. Go to Level 1. Account Opening Verification.
    

   

2. Click Verify Now.

3. Enter the required personal identification information.

4. Check that your information is correct.

5. Click Next to submit.

6. Select your preferred Trading Platform, Account Type, and Account Currency.
7. Read the account opening documents, including the Client Service Agreement, and tick the checkbox to indicate your agreement.

8. Click Next to submit your account application.

3. Complete Identity Verification

While your account opening information is being reviewed:

1. Select ID Verification to complete Level 2. ID Verification.
    

   

2. Read the terms, tick the checkbox, and click Continue.

   

3. Enter the required information and upload your Proof of Identity (POI) document.
    

4. Check that the information is correct and click Continue to submit.

Your name must match the uploaded document, and the document must be clearly visible.

Proof of Identity — choose one:

• ID Card — front and back
• Passport
• Driver's License
• Residence Permit

After submitting your identity verification, click X to exit the current page while waiting for the verification result.

4. Complete Address Verification

1. Go to Profile > My Profile.

2. Under Level 3. Address Verification, click Verify Now.
    

   

3. Upload your Proof of Address (POA) document.

4. Check that the information is correct and click Continue to submit.

Your name must match the uploaded document, and the document must be clearly visible.

Proof of Address — choose one:

• Utility Bill
• Bank Statement
• Residency Proof

The document must be issued within the last 6 months.

If your previously submitted identity verification document also contains proof of address, you can use the same document for Address Verification.

Verification Result

Once the verification review is completed, you will receive an email notification with the results of your ID Verification and Proof of Address (POA) verification.
