If you want to change your registered email address, please follow these steps:
Please log in to Client Portal.
After that, you click on "Profile" in the top menu, then choose "Security Management."
Under the "Email Address" section, click "Modify", and then click "Confirm" in the prompt box.
Next, click "Send Code", enter the code sent to your registered email, and click "Confirm."
Enter your "Current Password" and "Enter New Email Address."
Next, click "Send Code", enter the code sent to your new email, and click "Confirm."
Please note:
- If you don't receive the email, please check spam folder.
- To ensure the security of the funds in your account, withdrawals will not be supported for T+2 days after the changing of your email address.
