The steps to set nickname on my trading account are as follows:
1. Please login to Client Portal.
2. Select "Live Account" under "Accounts" in the top menu. Then, click on "" and select "Create A Nickname."
3. Lastly, enter nickname and click "Confirm."
If you need to change your account nickname, repeat the above steps.
Note: Nicknames can only contain alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers) and no spaces.
