If you wish to change the device bound to your Security Authenticator App, please follow these steps:
Please log in to the Client Portal.
Select "Security Management" under "Profile" in the top menu. Then, select "Modify" under "Security Authenticator App."
Next, click "Confirm."
Open the authenticator app and enter the verification code displayed in the app. After reading and checking the disclaimer, click "Confirm."
Download Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator from mobile app store of another device.
After downloading, open the app and select the "+" icon in the upper right corner.
Use the Authenticator App to scan the QR code and enter the verification code.
After reading and checking the disclaimer, click "Confirm."
Please note:
To ensure the security of the funds in your account, withdrawals will not be supported for T+ 2 days after the changing of your Security Authenticator App.
