Despite having open positions in your account, you are still able to withdraw the funds. In addition, it is suggested that you closely monitor the margin level in your account.
Please ensure that the margin level after deducting the withdrawal amount higher than 150%. If it falls below 150%, the withdrawal request will be rejected.
For example, if you have a balance of 5,000USD and open a long position of 1 lot of gold at the market price of 2,600USD with leverage of 100, your available withdrawal amount would be as follows:
Margin = 2600 * 100 / 100 = 2,600USD
The required margin level must be higher than 150%, which means 2,600 * 150% = 3,900USD.
Your equity after the withdrawal must be greater than 3,900USD.
