If you wish to cancel a submitted withdrawal request, please follow these steps:
- Log in to Client Portal.
- Select "Transaction History" under "Funds," click on "Withdrawals," and then press the "Cancel" button on the right side of the withdrawal request.
If your withdrawal request is processing, you will not be able to cancel it through the Client Portal. Please email our customer service info@ultimamarkets.com and provide your MT4 account number, date, and amount. The relevant department will check the status for you. However, if the bank has already processed the withdrawal, it cannot be canceled.
