If you made a deposit by credit card, withdrawals from the same credit card always take precedence and are processed first. Only once the credit card withdrawal limit is exhausted or disable then other withdrawal methods can be utilized.
To disable your current card, please submit an “Card Archiving Application” on Client Portal.
Please follow the steps below,
- Go to “FUNDS” > “WITHDRAW FUNDS”
- Choose your account
- Choose credit card. You might see an "ARCHIVE" option.

We kindly request you to provide the relevant documents as described on the website.
- Credit Card Payment Statement.
- Proof of Credit Card Expiration / invalidation Issued by The Bank.
After you submit the documents, we will review them and respond within 1~2 business days. You will be notified via email regarding the progress and results of the card archiving.
