If you deposit using a credit card, withdrawals to the same card will always take precedence and are processed first. Once the full amount of your original credit card deposit has been withdrawn, you may then use other available withdrawal methods.
Should your original credit card is no longer active, you may request to have it archived from your account in order to enable for a different withdrawal method.
Please submit the “Card Archiving Application” via Client Portal as below:
- Go to “FUNDS” → “WITHDRAW”
- Select your account.
- Choose credit card. You might click the "Rubbish Bin" icon/ "Archive" option.
- We kindly request you to provide the relevant documents as described on the website.
- Credit Card Payment Statement.
- Proof of Credit Card Expiration / invalidation issued by The Bank.
*Important: Credit Card details cannot be archived if a deposit was made within the last 30 days
