Proof of Face (POF) is an additional verification method used to help protect your account and funds during the withdrawal process. If POF verification is required, complete the verification using your Web/H5 or App and follow the on-screen instructions.
When Is Proof of Face Required?
Our system uses a risk-based verification process. Proof of Face verification may be required based on factors such as:
- Large withdrawal amounts
- Device changes
- Account information changes
- Other security or risk-related factors
Before You Start
Please make sure:
- Your device has a working camera.
- Your camera is available for use.
- Your face is clearly visible.
- You follow the on-screen instructions during the verification process.
- You have granted camera permission when prompted.
How to Complete Proof of Face
Web / H5 (Mobile Web)
- When the Proof of Face verification prompt appears, click Confirm to start the verification process.
2. Your browser will display a notification requesting permission to access your device's camera.
3. Click Allow or Agree to grant camera permission.
4. Once camera permission is granted, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Proof of Face verification.
5. Make sure your face is clearly visible and positioned correctly within the verification area.
App
- When the Proof of Face verification screen appears, tap Continue to start the verification process.

Verification Outcome
Once the Proof of Face verification is successfully completed, you can continue with the withdrawal process, subject to any other applicable verification requirements.
Important Notes
- There is currently no QR-code option to transfer a POF verification from PC to phone.
- If you start the verification on the Web, you cannot continue the same verification through the App.
- If you start the verification through the App, you cannot continue the same verification on the Web.
- If your PC does not have a camera, please complete the verification directly through H5 (mobile web) or the App.
- Please ensure your camera is available and follow all on-screen instructions to complete the verification.
- If you deny camera permission, you may need to enable camera access in your browser or device settings before trying again.
Troubleshooting
Camera Permission Is Denied
If you accidentally select Block, Deny, or otherwise do not grant camera permission:
- Check your browser or device settings.
- Make sure camera access is enabled for the Web/H5 or App.
- Return to the verification page and try the verification again.
My Device Does Not Have a Camera
If your PC does not have a working camera, please use:
- H5 (mobile web), or
- The App
to complete the Proof of Face verification.
