If you want to change the login password for the Client Portal, please follow these steps:
Log in to the Client Portal. In the left menu, click "Profile" and select "Security Management."
Under the "Password" section, click "Modify", and then "Confirm" in the prompt box.
Click "Send Code" and enter the code sent to your registered email, then "Confirm."
On the change password page, enter your "Current Password", "New Password", and "Confirm New Password", then "Confirm."
Please note:
- Password length must be between 8-16 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters (a-z, A-Z), numbers (0-9), and special characters (!@#$%^&).
- If you do not receive the password reset email, please check your spam folder.
- To ensure the security of the funds in your account, withdrawals will not be supported for T+ 1 days after the changing of your password.
