If you enter the wrong email or password when login Client Portal, you'll receive an error message.
If you forget the login password, please follow these steps to reset it:
Go to the Client Portal. Click "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the login page.
Enter the email address linked to your account and click "Submit" (the password reset link will be sent to your registered email).
You will receive one email with titled "Reset Your Client Portal Password", click "Password Reset Link."
On the reset password page, enter your "New Password" and "Confirm New Password," then click "Submit." After done above steps, you can open our Client Portal to login.
Please note:
*** Password length must be between 8-16 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters (a-z, A-Z), numbers (0-9), and special characters (!@#$%^&).
** If you do not receive the password reset email, please check your spam folder.
