Ultima Markets offers a Negative Balance Protection policy, which means that if your account incurs a negative balance due to insufficient funds under extreme market conditions, the system will automatically clear your negative balance.
If the negative balance in your account is not cleared, please send an email to info@ultimamarkets.com from your registered email address, including your account number.
Your account's negative balance normally will be reset within one business day.
Please take note :
If there is credit bonus in the account, according to the Terms & Conditions of Deposit Bonus Promotion, after successful balance reset, the credit bonus will be cleared as well.
