Ultima Markets offers a Negative Balance Protection policy, which means that if your account incurs a negative balance due to insufficient funds under extreme market conditions, the system will automatically clear your negative balance.

For the system to clear off the negative balance automatically, kindly close all holding position. If the negative balance in your account is not cleared, please contact us (info@ultimamarkets.com) with your registered email account, including your trading account number. We will reset and clear the negative balance within approximately 1 business day.

If your account contains a credit bonus, the credit bonus will cleared after a successful balance reset in accordance with the Deposit Bonus Promotion Terms & Conditions.
