As part of our routine system maintenance and to enhance account management efficiency, accounts meeting all of the following criteria will be automatically archived:
- No login activity or deposit/withdrawal transactions within the past 90 days.
- Account balance is below 10 USD (or below 100 USC for CENT accounts).
- No open positions or pending orders
Accounts that meet all three conditions above will be archived without prior notice.
Please note: Archived accounts may experience limited functionality.
To continue trading, you may log in to the Client Portal and open an additional account. For the procedures to open additional accounts, please refer to "How can I open an additional account?"
