Please login to your Client Portal, select "Deposit Funds," choose "International Bank Transfer. Then "Start." (This verification is required only for first-time wire transfer users; if you have already verified, please skip this step and moved forward to keep deposit). Afterward, follow the steps below to fill in the required information.
On the Financial Info section, fill in all details and then click "Next."On ID Proof section, select ID type and fill in the ID Number, also upload ID Proof then click "Next."
On Address Proof section, fill in all details accordingly and upload the Bank Statement and then click "Confirm" and complete the verification application. Please note that the application will process within 1 business day.
Once completed the verification, you will receive an email and be able to deposit via International Bank Transfer. Log in to your Client Portal, click on "Deposit Funds," and select "International Bank Transfer."
You will see the remittance details for Ultima Markets. Please complete the form and attach the receipt after the transfer is completed. Ensure that the receipt clearly shows your full name, account number (IBAN), and the amount. Generally, wire transfers take 2-5 business days to process, but the actual arrival time depends on the bank's processing speed.
