What should I do if the deposit fails?

Please be informed that deposits may take some time to be reflected in your account. You can refer to the timeframe below for each deposit method:

International Bank Transfer : within 2-5 business days to complete
Local Bank Transfer : within 1 hour
Cryptocurrency : within 1 hour

If your deposit fails or the funds do not reflect in your account within the stated timeframe, please email info@ultimamarkets.com and include the required details for assistance.
