- Incorrect information of credit card provided, such as the card number, expiration date or security code.
- Insufficient credit limit. We suggest checking with the issuing bank or trying another bank card for the deposit.
- Transaction declined by issuing bank (Do Not Honor). It is advised to inquire with the issuing bank for the reason or try using another card to deposit.
- The credit card has not activated the 3D Secure verification function. It is recommended to contact the bank to activate this function.
- Operation timed out, which means the specified deposit time has been exceeded. Please resubmit the application.
- Inconsistent amount. The deposit amount must match the application amount. If there are any discrepancies, please click on "Chat" in the lower right corner of the official website to contact customer service, provide screenshot of deduction and trading account for assistance.
