The documents you need to submit depend on the verification level you are completing. Make sure you submit an accepted document and that it meets the applicable document requirements.
Proof of Identity (POI) Level 2
You may submit one of the following:
- ID Card – Front and back
- Driver's License – Front and back
- Passport
Your Proof of Identity (POI) document must:
- Be a clear, high-quality original photo
- Have no reflections
- Show all four corners of the document
Proof of Address (POA) Level 3
You may submit one of the following:
- Bank Statement
- Utility Bill
- Insurance Statement
Your Proof of Address (POA) document must:
- Show the full page
- Have been issued within the last 6 months
- Clearly show your full name
- Clearly show your full valid address
Advance/Plus Verification
Advance/Plus Verification has different document requirements from Proof of Identity (POI) Level 2 and Proof of Address (POA) Level 3.
Proof of Identity (POI) – Advance/Plus
You may submit one of the following:
- ID Card – Front and back
- Passport
Your Proof of Identity (POI) document must:
- Be a clear, high-quality original photo
- Have no reflections
- Show all four corners of the document
Proof of Address (POA) – Advance/Plus
You must submit a Bank Statement.
Your Bank Statement must:
- Show the full page
- Have been issued within the last 3 months
- Clearly show your full name
- Clearly show your full valid address
Document Quality Requirements
The following are not accepted for any account verification document:
- Screenshots
- Scanned files
- Edited files
Make sure all required information is clear, readable, and fully visible before submitting your document for verification.
