You can withdraw funds from your Ultima Markets account using an available cryptocurrency withdrawal method through the Client Portal. You will need to select your trading account, enter the withdrawal amount, and provide a valid cryptocurrency address.
Prerequisites
Before submitting a cryptocurrency withdrawal:
- Make sure you can log in to your Client Portal.
- Have a valid cryptocurrency wallet address ready.
- Make sure the cryptocurrency network and address are compatible with the withdrawal method you select.
Steps
Log in to the Client Portal.
Open the Client Portal and sign in to your account.
Open the withdrawal page.
Select Withdraw from the Client Portal.
- Enter your withdrawal details.
- Select the relevant Account Number.
- Enter the Amount you want to withdraw.
- Click Continue.
Select cryptocurrency as the withdrawal method.
Choose your preferred cryptocurrency from the available options.
Enter your cryptocurrency address.
Enter the Crypto Address carefully and make sure the address is compatible with the selected cryptocurrency and network.
Submit the withdrawal request.
Click Withdrawal Now to submit your cryptocurrency withdrawal request.
Your cryptocurrency withdrawal request will be submitted for processing after you click Withdrawal Now.
Troubleshooting
- The cryptocurrency option is not available: Available withdrawal methods may vary depending on your account or location.
- The cryptocurrency address is rejected: Check that the address is correct and supports the selected cryptocurrency and network.
- You cannot submit the withdrawal: Check that all required withdrawal information has been entered correctly before submitting the request.
