Common Rejection Reasons
1. Bank Beneficiary Name Mismatch
The beneficiary name on the bank account does not match the name registered on your trading account.
Withdrawals can only be made to your own bank account.

Resubmit your withdrawal request using a bank account with a beneficiary name that matches your registered name.
2. IBAN Mismatch
The IBAN provided in the withdrawal request does not match the required bank account details.
What to do:
Check your IBAN and other bank account details carefully, then resubmit the withdrawal request with the correct information.
3. Missing ID Document for a Joint Bank Account
For a joint bank account, the required identification document for the other account holder has not been received.
What to do:
Resubmit the withdrawal request and provide the required front and back copies of the other account holder's ID document.
4. Invalid Account Name
The bank account name provided in the withdrawal request is invalid or does not match the required bank account information.

5. Third-Party Bank Account
