- A selfie with holding ID document.
- For account name: Please provide proof of identity, such as a valid ID or passport.
- For residential address: Please provide proof of address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or residence permit. The document must be issued within the last 6 months.

For the safety of funds, the withdrawal function will be restricted within 48 hours after the email address is changed.
