If you need to change your account name, residential address, or registered email, please send an email from your registered email to info@ultimamarkets.com with following details:

1. A selfie with holding ID document.
2. For account name: Please provide proof of identity, such as a valid ID or passport. 
3. For residential address: Please provide proof of address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, or residence permit. The document must be issued within the last 6 months.

*Important:
For the safety of funds, the withdrawal function will be restricted within 48 hours after the email address is changed.
