Proof of Face (POF) is an advanced verification feature that allows you to confirm your identity using a selfie. Eligible users can complete POF verification proactively through the Client Portal or Ultima Markets App, without waiting for a verification request.

Complete POF verification via Client Portal

If you are using the web Client Portal, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Client Portal.
2. Go to Profile and select Verification.
3. Select the Plus tab on the Verification page.
4. Find Face Verification and click Verify Now.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the face verification.

   

   6. When the Proof of Face verification prompt appears, click Confirm to start the verification process. 

   

Complete POF verification via Ultima Markets App

If you are using the Ultima Markets App, follow these steps:

1. Open the Ultima Markets App and go to the Verification section.

   

2. Select the Plus tab in the Authentication Centre.
    

   

3. Find Face Verification and tap Verify.

   

4. Follow the on-screen instructions and tap Continue to complete the selfie verification.

   

5. After submission, the verification status will show Under review while your verification is being processed.
6. Once the review is complete, the status will change to Verified if the verification is successful.

What happens after I submit my verification?

Your POF verification will be reviewed after submission.

• Under review: Your verification has been submitted and is being processed.
• Verified: Your POF verification has been successfully completed.
• Rejected: The verification could not be completed successfully. Please try the verification again by following the on-screen instructions.

If your POF verification continues to fail, please email us with your registered email address to info@ultimamarkets.com with following details: 

1. Your full name
2. Your date of birth
3. Your ID card (Both front and back side)
4. A selfie holding your identification document, as shown in the attached example.

Once we receive your information, our internal team will manually verify your identity.
