Currently, Ultima Markets does not support of MT4 trading accounts closure. If you no longer wish to retain this account, please ensure that you withdraw the full balance from your account and refrain from logging in or making any transfers for a period of at least 90 days. After this period, your account will be automatically archived.
You can select "Live Accounts" in Client Portal to check the "Status" for your trading account.
Archived accounts cannot be reactivated, but you can log into Client Portal and submit a new additional account.
