As part of our routine system maintenance and to enhance account management efficiency, the closed position records older than 14 days will be automatically archived without prior notice. However, the open positions, balance, and credit records will not be affected and will remain fully visible.
Friendly Reminders:
Once history position records are archived, they cannot be restored. You are encouraged to export your account statement from MT4 in advance to retain any records for your reference. For instructions on how to export account history from the MT4, please refer to "How do I download my trading history / report?"
