- Your trading account number
- The approximate time the unauthorized activity was identified
- Details of any suspicious logins, trades, or transactions
- Relevant screenshots or records, if available
- Scan your device for viruses or malware and ensure your system is secure before logging in again.
- Avoid using third-party software, EA, or plugins from unverified or unknown sources.
If you believe your registered email address has been compromised, please take the following additional actions immediately:
- Change your email password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available.
- Contact your email service provider to secure the account and review any unauthorized access.
- Inform our Customer Support team as soon as possible, as a compromised email may affect password resets, verification emails, and account security.
Please note that clients are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and email security. While we will assist in reviewing the case, losses resulting from credential leakage, compromised email accounts, or third-party software usage may not be recoverable.
